Katerina is a Greek native, who finished school in Germany and moved back to Greece to follow the career she always wanted: Cooking!!After studying and taking her degree in the Art of Cooking and pastry at Iek Xini, she made her first steps at a restaurant in Sparte. She then moved to Athens to work for one of the most historical restaurants in Athens, Dioskouroi and later on became a Manager of La Pasteria, one of the most famous Italian restaurants in town. It didn’t take long until she decided to combine her passion for cooking with her love she had for the sea and from 1996 she has been a Chef in various commercial and private yachts such as M/S Mary G, M/S Aegian Spirit, M/S Odysseas, M/Y Troi, M/Y Christaldis, M/Y Ola Kala. She has always been attentive with their guests making sure the are pleased to the maximum.Her delicious mediterranean and international cuisine will definitely satisfy even the more demanding guest.
