Mediterranean weeks reward shore-side detours — a bottle of Pošip with peka in a Hvar konoba, fresh seafood and Assyrtiko on a Cyclades terrace, or a quick stop in a Sardinian trattoria before the Mistral builds. Each coastline carries its own taste.

For most bareboat charters in the Mediterranean you need a recognised skipper certificate (RYA Day Skipper, ICC, or equivalent) plus a VHF licence. If you don’t hold one, we book a professional skipper alongside the boat for the week.
The base charter fee covers the boat, standard equipment, insurance, and final cleaning fee in most cases. Extras such as fuel, port fees, transit log, tourist tax and skipper service are billed separately and explained in the booking summary.
For peak weeks (mid-July to late August) we recommend booking 6–9 months ahead to lock in the boat and the early-bird discount. Shoulder seasons (May, June, September) usually have availability up to a month before departure.
Manifiq is the kind of yacht built for Mediterranean weeks where guests expect a hotel-grade interior and crew who can pre-book restaurants in three countries on the same itinerary. The route below is what an actual Manifiq-class week looks like in the Adriatic and the Ionian, with the food, wines, and anchor stops that make the boat live up to its category.
From Split or Trogir base: Pakleni (Vinogradišće, lunch at Bilo Idro) → Hvar Town (sunset on the boat in Špilja Bay, dinner at Macondo or Konoba Menego) → Vis (Stiniva swim morning, Komiža evening at Konoba Pojoda for Vugava wine and grilled fish) → Korčula (Lumbarda swim, Pošip cellar visit, dinner at Konoba Mate in Pupnat for peka octopus). Each leg 18–30 nm, comfortable Maestral conditions.
Manifiq-grade charter chefs typically pre-stock from Korčula’s Pošip producers (Krajančić, PZ Smokvica, PZ Pošip Čara) and Hvar’s Plavac Mali estates (Plenković, Andro Tomić, Carić). Add a case of Vugava from Vis (Lipanović or Roki’s) for the rare-wine moment. For Greece-side weeks, swap in Assyrtiko from Santorini (Domaine Sigalas, Argyros), Robola from Cephalonia, and Vertzami from Lefkas.
From Lavrion: Kea → Tinos (overnight at Stavros Bay) → Mykonos (Psarou lunch at Nammos, night at Tourlos) → Delos and Rhenia (UNESCO + sand) → Paros (Naoussa harbour at Barbarossa) → Naxos (Apollon village dinner) → back. The Meltemi (25–35 knots) tests crew but Manifiq’s stability makes the legs easy on guests.
A typical week: 3 dinners on board (one tasting menu, one Mediterranean grill, one local seafood night), 3 dinners ashore at pre-booked tables (Macondo Hvar, Konoba Mate Pupnat, Konoba Pojoda Komiža), and 1 cocktail-only night while sailing under stars. Lunches: 2 beach-club lunches (Bilo Idro Pakleni, Nammos Mykonos), 5 boat lunches mostly while at anchor.
Manifiq-class fully-crewed week (skipper, hostess, chef, deck-hand): 38,000–55,000 EUR shoulder, 55,000–75,000 EUR peak. APA (advance provisioning allowance) typically 4,500–6,500 EUR for eight guests including wine cellar. Berthing in ACI Marina Split or Mykonos new port adds 200–500 EUR a night in peak.
