Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Ciutadella - Cala en Bosch
Starting in Ciutadella's honey-colored old town, cobblestone pathways whisper stories of Moorish pirates and Catalan knights. Sail south to Cala en Bosch, a sliver of sand held between pine woods. Drop anchor close by the watchtower guarding secrets of British colonial control, the Torre d'en Quart. At S'Amarador, eat caldereta de langosta (lobster stew), a dish with saffron-infused broth matched with a clean Vi de la Terra while the sun melts into the Med.

Day 2Cala en Bosch - Son Saura
Glide east to Son Saura, where twin beaches—Es Talaier and Cala en Turqueta—unfurl like ribbon of powdered sugar. Search amberjack dashing across sunlight shallows while snorkel over fields of posidonia seagrass. After hiking to the Bronze Age stone fortification, Talaiot de Son Catlar, snack on formatjades (sweet cheese pastries) under the gnarled limbs of a carob tree.

Day 3Son Saura - Cala Galdana
Sail to Cala Galdana, a horseshoe bay where water bluer than a kingfisher's wing plunges cliffs. Ride the Camí de Cavalls trail on horseback, or kayak to Cala Macarella, a secret bay reachable only by sea, or hooves clattering over ancient stone. Dine cliffside at Es Bruc, the sister site of Cova d'en Xoroi, their arròs de peix (fish rice) presented with lunar vistas of the ravine.

Day 4Cala Galdana - Son Bou
From Menorca's longest beach, a 2km length of golden sand flanked by dunes, coast south to Son Bou. Swim ashore to investigate the half-buried ruins of the Basilica de Son Bou from the fifth century among wildflowers. At Sa Paissa, feast on olíaigua (tomato and pepper stew), then watch flamingos wade in the Albufera des Grau wetlands as evening colors the sky rose-pink.

Day 5Son Bou - Cala en Porter
Sail north to Cala en Porter, where a bay of liquid emerald cradles cliffs. Explore the Cova d'en Xoroi, a cliffside cave bar where DJs play rhythms under stalactites, then flee to Àmbit, a farm-to--table restaurant offering squid stuffed with sobrasada. Join residents in Cova d'en Xoroi for cocktails as night sets; the sea crashes twenty meters below your feet.

Day 6Cala en Porter - Maó-Mahón
Then enter Maó, Menorca's capital, a fjord-like wonder sculpted by past glaciers out of the Med's biggest natural port. After drinking pomada (gin-lemon punch), tour the Xoriguer Gin Distillery and then meander around the Mercat de Peix negotiating for ruby-red prawns. Dine at Sa Llagosta, their fish stew an homage to the maritime character of the island.

Day 7Maó - Port d’Addaia
Glide past the salt plains of Port d'Addaia and then dive one more time into Cala Mesquida. Return to Ciutadella as the bells of the Catedral de Menorca chingle, completing your journey with greixonera (cinnamon-spiced custard) on Plaça des Born, the Baroque palace shining like amber in the twilight.
