Detailed Itinerary by days

Day 1
Palma - Cala Pi

Starting your journey in Palma's busy marina, where Gothic spires soar over elegant yachts, Sail south to Cala Pi, a sinuous bay surrounded on one side by pine-covered cliffs. Drop anchor in water so pure you'll detect starfish on the seabed; then paddleboard to the 17th-century watchtower protecting the bay. Eat arròs brut (Mallorcan hunter's stew) at Sa Sinia, the aroma of wild rosemary mixing with salt air as evening paints the sky apricot.

Day 2
Cala Pi - Es Trenc

Follow the early sun to find Es Trenc, a mile-long length of powder sand where the sea glows Caribbean turquoise. After swimming ashore to claim a corner of paradise, cruise to Sa Ràpita, a small fishing community. Cycle salt-crusted paths across the Salinas de Levante, where pink flamingos wade and feast on pa amb oli (garlic-rubbed bread with local olive oil) in a rustic beach cottage.

Day 3
Sa Ràpita - Cabrera Archipelago

Cross to the wild essence of Mallorca, Cabrera. Trekking to the 14th-century castle, its stone walls echoing stories of Napoleonic prisoners, then swim the Blue Grotto, where damselfish dart across sunlight caverns. Moor in the bay under protection, grill fresh-caught dorado on deck; the Milky Way is your sole friend here.

Day 4
Cabrera - Cala Figuera

Go back to the southeast coast of Mallorca and anchor in Cala Figuera, a postcard-perfect fishing community. Wander cobbled paths past boats in cobalt-blue, then kayak to the limestone cliffs of Cala Santanyí. Dine at Es Port; their caldereta, lobster stew, cooked in clay pots since 1954, glows like fireflies while the port lights shine.

Day 5
Cala Figuera - Portocolom

Sail north to Portocolom, a horseshoe harbor where homes painted in rainbow colors reflect quiet waters. Discover Cala Marçal's secret caves before dawn; then, climb to the Cap de Ses Salines lighthouse spectacular Dragonera silhouette views. Sip vi de la terra at Can Gaià, a vineyard where sea spray causes grapes to grow salted.

Day 6
Portocolom - Cala Santanyí

Glide to Cala Santanyí, where water bluer than a kingfisher's wing collapses from cliffs. Snorkel across underwater arches filled with octopus, then ascend the cliffside road to Santueri Castle, whose remnants guard panoramas of the Mediterranean. At Sa Cova, their terrace cut like a pirate's lair out of the rock, toast with hierbas liqueur.

Day 7
Cala Santanyí - Palma

Skim past Cala Llombards on your last sail, then dive one more time into crystalline pools. Go back to Palma as the rose window of the cathedral blazes in colors of sunset. Walking the Passeig des Born with almond ensaimada in hand, the pulse of the city now pulsing in your salt-bleached soul.
