Charter M/Y Elena V – Luxury motor yacht charter Greece

The M/Y ELENA V is luxury charter motor yacht built by the famous Italian shipyard Codecasa and with that in mind it features intelligently made interior and exterior, perfect for enjoying luxury yacht charter with families or friends, offering ample opportunities to kick back and relax, or enjoy the water on the yacht’s array of water toys, the choice is yours.

This yacht’s interior is cozy and welcoming and consists of a sizable salon with a formal dining room, a relaxed lounge, and a gaming space. All four of the ELENA V’s decks, including the stunning sky lounge on the Bridge deck, are easily accessible by a guest elevator. The sky lounge has comfortable chairs and a full wet bar. When you step outside, her sizable on-deck areas are ideal for taking in the cool sea breezes, sunbathing in the cozy chaise lounges, or unwinding beneath the cover of the numerous awnings. A generous aft deck features a wonderful outdoor dining area as well as a cozy seating area with cushions.

ELENA V luxury charter offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 rooms, which include a master suite, a VIP cabin, two double cabins, and two twin cabins. In all, there are 8 beds—1 king, 3 queen, and 4 singles. There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom. It spans the yacht’s whole width. The two full beds are linked. A study and a his and hers bathroom with a Jacuzzi pool tub and LCD TV can be found in the Owners suite. A walk-in closet is also present. Queen beds may be found in two guest cabins that are both aft and to the ports and stars of the ship. On the main deck, to the port, beyond the owner’s suite, there is one double guest cabin. It is suited either for staff or guests. The final two guest cabins are twins, one to port and the other to starboard, both below deck and forward. Both have extra pullman berths. Beautiful private bathrooms and a contemporary entertainment system with LCD television are included in every guest suite.

When not cruising, Elena V has a fantastic array of water toys and gear onboard for you and your guests to interact with the water. On a Jet Ski, you can have both power and control over the water. Additionally, whether you are a novice or an experienced pro, waterskiing is a ton of fun. A SEABOB is also available, providing a genuinely amazing experience that enables you to swim silently and safely among the fish or skim the surface. Elena V also has wakeboards, fishing gear, inflatable water toys, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear if that weren’t enough. Two tenders are available on Elena V, although the 6.3m/20’8″ Castoldi Jet Tender is the front-runner for luxurious transportation.

With its lavish interiors, vast array of onboard facilities and a highly trained and professional crew, a luxury yacht charter vacation onboard motor yacht ELENA V promises to be nothing short of spectacular in the Mediterranean Sea.

What is Advance Provisioning Allowance – APA2022-11-14T11:39:50+01:00

What is Advance Provisioning Allowance – APA

When chartering a crewed yacht under MYBA terms or special Europe Yacht Charter terms on the fully crewed yachts, you will be required to make a deposit in advance of the charter, which is separate to the charter or booking fee.

This deposit is called the “advance provisioning allowance” or APA. The APA amount is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, visa fees, harbour fees, park fees, taxes, and other expenses not included in the Charter Fee. In the event of cancellation of the charter the APA is refundable.

The captain of the yacht is responsible for accounting for all APA expenses during the charter, and the breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter.

If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded to the Charterer at the end of the charter.

If the costs incurred during the course of the charter that are over and above the APA deposit then this difference will be payable by the Charterer at the end of the charter.

What is the cancellation policy?2022-11-12T11:35:29+01:00

What is the cancellation policy?

If the Client wants to change the charter terms or cancel the reservation, this must be done in writing (via e-mail, fax, or post.)

If the Client cancels the reservation in writing, Charteree reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges:

  • In the event of a cancellation made up to 45 days prior to the start date of the charter period Charteree charges 50% of the Charter Fee.
  • In the event of a cancellation made within 45 days prior to the start of the charter period Charteree charges 100% of the Charter Fee.
  • In the event of a cancellation made after check-in Charteree retains 100% of the Charter Fee and charges to the Client all expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

If the Client is able to find a new rental client for the same period of the charter and under the same terms and conditions, Charteree reserves the right to charge for any administrative and manipulative costs incurred by the change.

In the event that the Client has to cancel the reservation due to objective reasons (death in the family or serious illness), Charteree is not liable to return the paid amount, but if the Client rents the vessel in the same period Charteree will organize charter on other adequate vessel for the next appropriate date or for the next season, i.e. Charteree will issue a credit note that can be used in the agreed period.

The credit note is calculated taking into account the difference between the cancelled reservation and the reservation later confirmed for the same vessel and in the same period. Charteree is not liable for damages in the event of reservation changes or cancellation due to situations such as war, riot, strikes, terrorist activity, exceptional sanitary conditions, natural disasters, interventions of local authorities, etc.)
