O’MATHILDE luxury motor yacht for charter scores with an owner’s suite on the upper deck measuring 70 square meters, complete with walk-in wardrobes, private saloon, and an extra-large bathroom with spa tub, making it one of the most remarkable layouts in the sub 200 feet class. The VIP cabin, which comes in a full-beam configuration, is more akin to a second owner’s stateroom than a guest suite. All cabins are well-appointed with audio-visual entertainment systems and ensuites.
The seven-cabin luxury charter yacht O’MATHILDE has interior design by Giorgio Vafiadis and can accommodate up to 12 passengers. O’Mathilde is the ideal yacht for partying and relaxing since she is filled to the brim with wonderful social and dining areas both inside and outside, from bow to stern. The M/Y O’MATHILDE offers stylish living with a dash of entertainment. She was built in 2018 and is immaculately presented, with a strong reputation as a charter boat and a nice selection of water toys. Most discerning charter guests will be treated to a 5-star experience on board while eating the best Mediterranean cuisine and discovering the Greek islands’ treasures thanks to our experienced and flawless crew of 12. Off to one side is an outdoor table and chairs that can be used for games, and the stern is lines with plush seating for conversations while enjoying the view. The alfresco bar completed the amenities and ensured that everyone has plenty of refreshments throughout their meal.
Visitors can board the vessel by tender on the lower deck, which includes a big swim platform, and proceed up a ladder in the spacious tender garage to the main deck at the back. Once you are upstairs, you can enter the outdoor space that has been placed into the stern where a sizable table that can be used for outdoor dining or hobbies is flanked by more seats. Side decks wrap around to the main foyer, and the area in the bow is outfitted with an outdoor gym and a davit crane for lowering and raising any tenders located there. The upper deck, where a sizable table is set up, will surprise guests who decide to eat outside.

Besides the charter fee for the Mega Yacht, are there additional costs I should budget for?
Here is the example of all obligatory costs for one of the Luxury Yacht:

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter fee – 9,000.00 €
VAT is included in all the prices.
What is Advance Provisioning Allowance – APA
When chartering a crewed yacht under MYBA terms or special Europe Yacht Charter terms on the fully crewed yachts, you will be required to make a deposit in advance of the charter, which is separate to the charter or booking fee.
This deposit is called the “advance provisioning allowance” or APA. The APA amount is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, visa fees, harbour fees, park fees, taxes, and other expenses not included in the Charter Fee. In the event of cancellation of the charter the APA is refundable.
The captain of the yacht is responsible for accounting for all APA expenses during the charter, and the breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded to the Charterer at the end of the charter.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter that are over and above the APA deposit then this difference will be payable by the Charterer at the end of the charter.

What is the cancellation policy?
If the Client wants to change the charter terms or cancel the reservation, this must be done in writing (via e-mail, fax, or post.)
If the Client cancels the reservation in writing, Charteree reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
- In the event of a cancellation made up to 45 days prior to the start date of the charter period Charteree charges 50% of the Charter Fee.
- In the event of a cancellation made within 45 days prior to the start of the charter period Charteree charges 100% of the Charter Fee.
- In the event of a cancellation made after check-in Charteree retains 100% of the Charter Fee and charges to the Client all expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
If the Client is able to find a new rental client for the same period of the charter and under the same terms and conditions, Charteree reserves the right to charge for any administrative and manipulative costs incurred by the change.
In the event that the Client has to cancel the reservation due to objective reasons (death in the family or serious illness), Charteree is not liable to return the paid amount, but if the Client rents the vessel in the same period Charteree will organize charter on other adequate vessel for the next appropriate date or for the next season, i.e. Charteree will issue a credit note that can be used in the agreed period.
The credit note is calculated taking into account the difference between the cancelled reservation and the reservation later confirmed for the same vessel and in the same period. Charteree is not liable for damages in the event of reservation changes or cancellation due to situations such as war, riot, strikes, terrorist activity, exceptional sanitary conditions, natural disasters, interventions of local authorities, etc.)
When can I get in touch with the skipper?
You can get in touch with the skipper as soon as you’ve completed your booking.
Our skippers are highly qualified and knowledgeable about their locality. They all speak English. The skipper is to be payed in the marina at the check in (for crewed charter, the crew is already included in the price)
COVID-19 cancellation
We understand that there is an uncertainty regarding travel plans this year. For that reason we are offering free reschedule of the charter.
In case of travel restrictions or a CDC Travel Health Notice for any country to/from the charter destination will be issued and it won’t be possible for charterers to reach charter destination then:

Completion of the preference list document would let our crew know about the specific likes and dislikes you and your guests may have and also potential allergies, and it gives us the opportunity to plan and cater to your individual tastes. Please contact all members of your party before completing the preference list, as we want to ensure that their favorites are on board as well. The Preference list will be send to you approximately one month before the charter by our booking manager.
