Offering an abundance of social and dining options, as well as a highly attentive crew, luxury charters aboard motor yacht VERTIGO are set to be truly magical whatever the destination.
All three external decks of luxury charter yacht VERTIGO feature a light and airy color design on the exterior. In the shade, there is a larger lounge setup with a sofa, two armchairs, and two tables for outdoor socializing while appreciating the aft views. The stern of the main deck is equipped with an expansive sofa where visitors can rest in the sun while waiting for the tender. Visitors can access the tender garage and the water toys inside by using the steps that lead down to the swim platform. On the upper deck, there are two smaller tables that utilize the settee built into the stern to seat more diners, as well as an outdoor eating table that seats six.
To ensure that guests have enough of drinks, a bar is located near to the skylounge. Additionally, there are sizable light panels under the sundeck overhang that may change color to match the mood of the night. There is a sofa that curves around a small table on the foredeck, where visitors can set beverages while mingling and taking in the expansive views. The sundeck and upper deck aft are connected by a staircase, and the central aft area is sizable and perfect for partying and outdoor activities. Sun loungers along the edge, and in the middle, in the bright sunshine, is an elevated Jacuzzi. Two bench-style tables and beach chairs are located beneath the hardtop for ad hoc outdoor dining.
M/Y VERTIGO offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite located on the main deck, one VIP cabin, two double cabins and three twin cabins. There are 13 beds in total, including 2 king, 2 queen, 6 singles and 3 pullmans. She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience. The lower deck layout places the tender garage in the stern, forward of which is the engine room. The guest accommodation is located centrally and consists of two large double cabins and two twin cabins, all of which have en-suite facilities. Towards the bow is the crew area, containing the crew mess, accommodation and laundry facilities. The full-beam Master suite enjoys a forward position on the main deck, with large windows running down the port and starboard sides that bring out the warm colours of the wooden panelling. Classic artwork and comfortable, functional furnishings create a timelessly styled private retreat with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities. Behind the Master suite is the third twin cabin, which is ideally located close by to sleep younger children or for staff.
Celebrate a special event in the formal dining area, which seats up to 10 guests in opulent velvet chairs surrounded by artwork and plenty of lighting to fit the occasion. To the aft, the stately main salon is ideal for welcoming visitors or for resting together after a busy day: Two oversized sofas and armchairs receive plenty of light from the windows and there are numerous lamps to enhance the evening ambiance while watching a film on the widescreen TV.

Besides the charter fee for the Mega Yacht, are there additional costs I should budget for?

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter fee – 9,000.00 €

What is Advance Provisioning Allowance – APA
When chartering a crewed yacht under MYBA terms or special Europe Yacht Charter terms on the fully crewed yachts, you will be required to make a deposit in advance of the charter, which is separate to the charter or booking fee.
This deposit is called the “advance provisioning allowance” or APA. The APA amount is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, visa fees, harbour fees, park fees, taxes, and other expenses not included in the Charter Fee. In the event of cancellation of the charter the APA is refundable.
The captain of the yacht is responsible for accounting for all APA expenses during the charter, and the breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded to the Charterer at the end of the charter.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter that are over and above the APA deposit then this difference will be payable by the Charterer at the end of the charter.

What is the cancellation policy?
If the Client wants to change the charter terms or cancel the reservation, this must be done in writing (via e-mail, fax, or post.)
If the Client cancels the reservation in writing, Charteree reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
- In the event of a cancellation made up to 45 days prior to the start date of the charter period Charteree charges 50% of the Charter Fee.
- In the event of a cancellation made within 45 days prior to the start of the charter period Charteree charges 100% of the Charter Fee.
- In the event of a cancellation made after check-in Charteree retains 100% of the Charter Fee and charges to the Client all expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
If the Client is able to find a new rental client for the same period of the charter and under the same terms and conditions, Charteree reserves the right to charge for any administrative and manipulative costs incurred by the change.
In the event that the Client has to cancel the reservation due to objective reasons (death in the family or serious illness), Charteree is not liable to return the paid amount, but if the Client rents the vessel in the same period Charteree will organize charter on other adequate vessel for the next appropriate date or for the next season, i.e. Charteree will issue a credit note that can be used in the agreed period.
The credit note is calculated taking into account the difference between the cancelled reservation and the reservation later confirmed for the same vessel and in the same period. Charteree is not liable for damages in the event of reservation changes or cancellation due to situations such as war, riot, strikes, terrorist activity, exceptional sanitary conditions, natural disasters, interventions of local authorities, etc.)

You can get in touch with the skipper as soon as you’ve completed your booking.
Our skippers are highly qualified and knowledgeable about their locality. They all speak English. The skipper is to be payed in the marina at the check in (for crewed charter, the crew is already included in the price)
COVID-19 cancellation
We understand that there is an uncertainty regarding travel plans this year. For that reason we are offering free reschedule of the charter.
In case of travel restrictions or a CDC Travel Health Notice for any country to/from the charter destination will be issued and it won’t be possible for charterers to reach charter destination then:

Completion of the preference list document would let our crew know about the specific likes and dislikes you and your guests may have and also potential allergies, and it gives us the opportunity to plan and cater to your individual tastes. Please contact all members of your party before completing the preference list, as we want to ensure that their favorites are on board as well. The Preference list will be send to you approximately one month before the charter by our booking manager.
