Dubrovnik area (Mljet, Korčula) yacht charter itinerary
Until several years ago, South Dalmatia had just one single marina in Dubrovnik, but with a brand new ACI marina in a small town called Slano, the Dubrovnik region gained a valuable starting location port. With more mooring berths, yacht charter offers also increased, as did ours.
Dubrovnik ACI marina Miho Prcat is the center starting port/marina for South Dalmatia sailing and yacht cruising with Europe Yacht Charter Croatia. Like the other cruising areas in Croatia, it offers a couple of beautiful little Mediterranean towns along the suggested route below. Another must see is the Mljet National Park. It’s considered a gem of the South Adriatic. Ideal for a nice walk or bicycle ride, Mljet never disappoints anyone.
Korcula is the largest town on the island of Korcula. Located on its north-eastern side, it overlooks the thin and busy Peljesac channel. Korcula is a must on your Dubrovnik yacht cruise. Also known as the birthplace of famous Marco Polo, it offers an astounding architectural and historical legacy. Marina in Korula is very busy, so it is recommended to reserve a spot on time. Korula is known for deserts and vines like Poip and Grk.
Interested in chartering a yacht from Dubrovnik and visiting Korula, Mljet, or Lastovo? Then chartering a yacht from Dubrovnik’s sailing area is a good choice for you.
One more interesting island to visit is Lastovo. The sea around Lastovo is crystal clear, which attracts many sailors and tourists who love immaculate nature. Each of the bays on the island is shaded underneath pine trees, which is a perfect hideout on hot summer days.
The beaches on Lastovo are mainly natural, rocky ones, with no human interventions or devastation of nature. But there are so many places suitable for swimming. There is no doubt that everyone can find their favorite place, and one thing we can promise you is untouched nature.
